Refund

I've tried to get a refund and PayPal were dealing with it, but when I questioned why I needed to return the parcel to China, when the parcel I recieved had a London address on it, PayPal replied that they had denied my case as I hadn't replied tracking information. They then said that my case shouldn't have been opened in the first place as it was to do with quality (different expectations of quality, I suppose🤔) so I could not appeal either. The items really were of poor quality and not like to picture. Any one able to help with advice on how to get my money back. The seller just replies with "what's wrong with the items"
