I ordered some shoes from Depop and when I received them in the mail, they were entirely different shoes and the seller had blocked me so I was unable to communicate with him to ask for a refund. I accidentally filed the wrong dispute, “Unauthorized Activity” instead of “Significantly Not As Described”, so when I tried to file the correct dispute, PayPal is not allowing me to. Please help me.

Contact customer service for assistance with switching dispute to a Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) dispute:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
