I have a problem. Somebody used my account and bought with my card. I closed my credit card and I deleted my bank account and credit card too. I wrote to the pay pal and they refund the money. But after that I canceled my accounts. After that I had set virtual card. I want to set my bank account too but I can not. How can I get back my money? They will send me to the new virtual credit card or to the old bank account? Thank you
