If I paid someone via invoice for a 1 year mentorship service and they are not holding up their end of the deal by mentoring me and completing scheduled phone calls, do I have the right to receive my money refunded even if the person in terms says no refunds, (I believe in this case its not his choice) the mentorship only started a week ago and seems to be going south already.
