Refund with no reason

Hello,

Recently I sold the game account to someone. He paid me through Paypal. The account was all correct and legal.

He used illegal software(cheats) and his account was suspended.

He then requested a refund.

Do someone knows on which side that refund will go?

I'm sorry to hear that there has been a dispute opened. Transactions for intangible goods are not eligible for Seller Protection, so there is a possibility that you will not win the case. I would suggest providing that information and any proof of that information that you have when it is requested. Even in cases where the seller does not have coverage, PayPal does try to look at the situation as fairly as possible.
