So I had someone send me money through PayPal. My account was limited because of the payment. I did everything they wanted sent all the documents for it. And then they permanently locked my account with the funds still there. A refund was issued. And they took the money out of my bank instead of the money in the PayPal account. I don’t ever use PayPal and I don’t understand why the money was taken from my bank. I am basically sending money to the person that attempted to send me money. Now I’m out with a negative balance in my bank while PayPal has the original money given.
