A person who couldn't attend a concert that I promoted asked paypal for their ticket money back. The standard of the industry is tickets for concerts, theatre, art, and every sporting event is - you buy the ticket there is no refund. Paypal gave this person their money back after we went to the next level. There was also the line "no refund / no exchanges" right above the ticket purchase link.
