I have a dispute open, and the seller has greed to a refund but hasn’t put that on the dispute chat. Do I need to get them to put it on the chat and how do I show proof to Paypal that I have sent the item back. I opened the dispute today and the seller has agreed to refund me so what do I do know as I’ve never done this before. I made the purchase on depot which is covered by Paypal policies. please send all the detail that you think will help me. Thank you!
