Dear colleagues,
Please let me know if you can advise me on that. I received an item which did not correspond to what I bought. I then opened a dispute with the seller who will provide me with a refund upon I ship it back to him. The problem is that the price which I have to pay for the shipment costs are more or less the same as the refund. At the dispute resolution center, the next action is from my side, however PayPal did not offer me the possibility to ask the seller to pay the shipment but just to upload the proof of shipment invoice. How do you see this situation to be resolved, so not other buyers can suffer damage and loss like myself ? Thanks.
