Refund undelivered item

Hi all, I bought a chair nearly two months ago online. I never received a confirmation of the purchase or any communication from the company. The only confirmation I have is the charge from PayPal. I’d like to request a refund but there is no way of getting a reply from them. I just want my money back now. What can I do?

If you have not received what you ordered, you can dispute the payment. Here is how. If you cannot find a mutual solution, you can escalate the dispute to a claim
