Hi all, I bought a chair nearly two months ago online. I never received a confirmation of the purchase or any communication from the company. The only confirmation I have is the charge from PayPal. I’d like to request a refund but there is no way of getting a reply from them. I just want my money back now. What can I do?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
If you have not received what you ordered, you can dispute the payment. Here is how. If you cannot find a mutual solution, you can escalate the dispute to a claim.
