I am stumped. I received a concert ticket refund to my paypal, which went to my old Bank of America account, which I have closed and no longer use at all. I have spoken with the bank, they said the money would go back to the merchant or back to paypal. I have spoken with the merchant they said it should be in paypal, and I have spoken with paypal who said it would be in the bank. SO how do I get this refund? It posted over 2 weeks ago on 12/14. Please help me! Thank you!
