Refund/resolution problems

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. I have not received product. Company is not responding and I can't get a representative on phone at PayPal. Tried the resolution center but keeps saying problem on PayPal end. I'm probably going to close my PayPal account and consider it a lost. Any suggestions?

If it's a connection problem that'll go away. Do file dispute and escalate to claim. If PP decides in seller's favor try to appeal. Sometimes customer service rep will help you, depends on who you get.

 

Stop using PP for anything. They seem to in on the scams.
