Refund required

Hi i ordered something weeks ago with a 2 week delivery time. I sent messages to the seller stating i hadnt received item but got no reply. I opened a claim in the resolution centre 2 weeks ago but the seller only replied this morning to say it has been shipped but tracking number not working. Paypal will close the claim on the 6th. In 5 days. How do i get a refund before its too late

I ordered something almost 2 months ago I was told that I would get it within two weeks I requested a fast shipment it was hopefully going to be here by Father’s Day and yet still nothing I have sent request I have gone through every topic that they have to see if I can get some kind of response they already closed my case I have emailed the seller I got one response said it was already sent out yet here almost a month and I still haven’t received it and now nobody is responding to me other than every time I try to request and submit the resolution it tells me the option is not available at thisPoint all I want is a refund there was three items that were purchased one was refunded and the other two they haven’t even looked at all I want is my refund so I can close this account

If tracking is false see if you can reach out to customer services before they close it........

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

If not and it closes then..................APPEAL.

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment or that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

I have sent everything I have it doesn’t let me go to resolution center my case was closed even though I’ve been emailing and messaging I haven’t gotten anything and I never received item our I would have let this go it’s been a headache and I don’t recommend yawing your web to anyone
