Sent back faulty pressure washer. Returned to me not happy with it, seller refusing refund. PayPal useless. Item returned to work shop not selling address can't get a refund.
Then you should have opened a dispute for item received but not as described > escalated to a claim > waited for paypals decision > returned the item to the address provided by paypal > send trackable as advised by paypal so once delivered was confirmed you got your refund.
Your options...........
1. Credit card chargeback?
2. Small claims court?
