Refund query

PayPal kindly secured a refund for me for goods that had not arrived after 3 months of ordering. Yesterday (4 month after purchase and having received the refund) a parcel arrived containing the missing goods. I don't want to keep the items erroneously, but I am not sure what I should now do.

Has anyone else been in this position please?

If they are fine and you want to keep them you could always just pay the seller again?

If you don't want to keep them as they are too late arriving or misdescribed then ask the seller for a shipping label to return them?
