Refund problems

I recently received an item that was not as described so I sent it back, after paypal instruction, to the seller first class recorded delivery. I uploaded all the shipping details and got confirmarion the next day, via tracking, that the seller had got the item. Now paypal are requesting the tracking details again even though they are clearly visible on the case. I have tried to upload it again but get an error message. They now say I have two days to attach the detail or the seller keeps my money. What is going on here? This concerns an item that was nearly £80!! Thank you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
