Refund problem

I had a buyer file a "did not receive item" complaint against me while the item is still in transit.  contacted the buyer and Paypal and gave them the tracking number but they ruled in the buyers favor.  I have filed a dispute with Paypal.  Just wondering what is likely to happen.

Takes about 3 weeks to sort an item not received dispute, i can get items all over the world in that time so sounds as if your buyer did not get their item?
