Hello,
I'm wondering about PayPal's actions during a SNAD dispute. I'm thinking of going on Bonanza and my understanding is they refer to Paypal in SNAD disputes.
Does PayPal do an actual investigation complete with asking the buyer for proof, i.e. photographs, video, etc?
Or do they do what eBay does and automatically side with the buyer and the seller has to pay everything while being dinged on feedback and rating?
eBay does not require the buyer to provide proof or even require them to respond to a seller wanting to resolve the dispute between themselves. Poshmark, on the other hand, requires the buyer to file a claim w/in 3 days of receiving the item and requires photos.
I'm wondering about PayPal. I've read their policies, but what do they actually do in practice?
I greatly appreciate anybody's help!
