I made two purchases using my paypal key that is connected to my debt card. It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive items I ordered, or any email with tracking information. After researching, I came to the conclusion that I was scammed. So on May, 11 I filed a dispute with paypal because I have yet to receive items that I ordered on March 15, 2021. Paypal is telling me because I used my paypal key that it goes by mastercard terms, which can take up to 120 days before I receive a refund, which I feel is bs. All I want is my money back due to not receiving items I ordered in March. Please help
