Refund payment but no reply

I’ve sent money to someone yesterday and today and I’ve had no contact from them at all and what I paid for is not what I got what do I do I don’t wanna lose all that cash $600 is alot

I'm sorry to hear that you received something other than what you purchased and the seller is uncommunicative. You have the option of opening a dispute through PayPal, and escalating the dispute to a claim if the seller continues to be unresponsive.
