Hi I pre ordered a collector's edition game off eBay from a seller in September. The game is released end of January. If the seller doesn't send my item am I covered by PayPal at all? I'm asking here as it's a bit confusing on the policy pages etc Thanks in advance
You have 180 days from date of payment to open a dispute. Locate the payment transaction and click it, click "Report a problem" to file Item Not Received dispute.
