Refund on Item

Hi there! So I’m having an issue. I made a dispute on the 18th of February and the case was closed and I was told I would be issued a refund to my bank account. The refund hasn’t come through yet. I understand that it can take up to 5 days however it never usually takes this long. I decided to use the message system to see if that would speed anything up. Alas, no agent is available as it is offline hours however something confused me. The bot said that I hadn’t been issued any refunds in the last 60 days but my paypal statement/activity says otherwise. Any ideas?
