Refund of non delivered item

My case was denied by E Bay, cause according to you seller provided delivery proof. How can they provide proof when I NEVER RECIEVED IT? By denying my claim, you are in fact calling me a liar. I have 100% positive feedback in all the time I have dealt with you. I am refusing to except your decision. Awaiting your reply

I have the same problem. I will not be using paypalany more!!!!! They also denied my claim. Also calling me a liar.
