i purchased a product, i received something else. Seller advised to return and they would refund along with postage costs. Paypal closed off that case as resolved. This was in October. I am yet to receive the refund. I lodged another dispute and it automatically closed. i thought it was technical glitch so did another one, automatically closed. I messaged Paypal 2 days ago and still no response. I called and have been on hold for 2 hours and 35 minutes so far. Help!
