I bought a sewing machine; was persuaded to buy an 'upgrade'. An hour after payment I rang to cancel the order as it was not an upgrade at all. The company said that they would refund my money within three days. This was 12 days ago. I cannit contact the company. Website is not available. I have read on that other pwople are having the same problem, or goods not received. I fear the company had folded. Paypal have opened a dispute whereby I have 20 days to try to resolve this with the company, Which I obviously can't do. Whats the best course if action please?

Escalate dispute to a claim within the 20 days for PayPal to review, ask for information and make a ruling.
