Refund my money

I made a purchase of digital services the seller never emailed the service to me and asked me to open a dispute to get my money back. After the dispute was opened he sent the products to me but all of them are fake and not working as agreed! Now he is refusing to refund... I feel scammed! How can I get my money back ? The transaction was made tow days ago and at the same day the dispute was opened !

Click on view and change the dispute from non receipt to not as described.
