How are you?
I was paid money from my buyer before, there was a credit card chargeback associated with this payment.
Now my Paypal account is limited, I owe refunds to this buyer, I am going to use the money in my PayPal account to pay him back.
I am trying to refund but it is not working now.
Please help me to know how to refund money in my Paypal account.
Thanks.

Hi @Marc1016,
I'm sorry to hear about the limitation. When an account is limited, the ability to transfer funds is not active. If you would like to refund a specific buyer, please reach out to customer service. They can review your request and determine if the refund can be completed or if the funds need to be held for any other reason.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
