I ordered a product from a company using the PayPal system. The product never came so I went through a long process of getting a refund. The money was refunded to my pay pal account and then PayPal immediately limited and then permanently blocked my account. I don’t understand as a customer how I’ve broken the guidelines by getting a refund? And I haven’t been able to get my money out and it’s been 9 months. As well as that I can’t use PayPal to make any future purchases. One of the worst companies IMO is PayPal right now
