Refund issue

I disputed a claim last month it got accepted and I sent the item back the person wasn’t in when it was posted and I have checked tracking and it’s waiting at the post office and I can’t be refunded till she receives it what do I do

Inform customer services that you have done everything asked of you and to issue you a refund now as its not your fault the seller isn't picking up the item.


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
