Seller wants to deduct original delivery shipping cost from refund amount contrary to our stated agreement. I only agreed to pay return shipping and I am insisting on a full refund. What recourse do have if seller sends a partial refund?
Do you have a dispute open against the transaction? If not, and the seller issues a partial refund when you agreed on a full one, you can dispute the transaction with PayPal to request the full amount. Hopefully the refund is completed in full soon!
