I've opened a case for product that arrived damaged to me. I send the item back to the seller and opened a case with paypal. When they asked me, I gave them the information about the shipment, including the postal receipt with the tracking code. Paypal refused in the end to refund my money because they said I didn't offered them valid documents for tracking. The tracking can be seen on the post site using the code I've already given. Now the seller keep my money and the product, too. Even the seller told paypal that he received the package. What can be done?
