Hello, ~ 2 months ago a friend of mine asked me to order a coat from a Chinese site. Because she is not registered in PayPal and does not understand how to pay. I warned her it was a scam, but she wouldn't listen. and of course she got nothing. Paypal refused to return my money because I placed the order without logging into my account and I have written the names of my bird in the order not my name and I write to them on my behalf, which is male. How can i get my friend's money back
