Refund help

I was recently cheated out of a transaction where I did not receive the item I asked for and the person took the money and blocked my number. I looked around for a way to get some kind of help on PayPal's end but all it gave me was filing a dispute in the resolution center (I have done this but it's taking longer than I expected) and the other option was to contact Customer Service via Facebook. It says "You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal ." I don't have a Facebook or Twitter, is there any other way to contact them? I don't want this scam artist to run with my money without a fight.

If you filed a dispute then have you escalated to a claim?

If so then you need to wait for paypal to review and make a decision.

Sadly it may take some time as paypal are inundated with claims from users that bought tat from China or social media just wait it out and hopefully you may get your refund.
