I bought for an item through PayPal which I later returned. After 6 weeks without a refund I chased the seller and as requested provided proof of delivery via Royal Mail. The seller promised a refund however I’m still yet to receive it. PayPal refused to help because the item wasn’t faulty however I simply need help receiving a refund. Any advice please?
