Refund from seller. Seller not giving back refund after agreeing to the refund.

What do I do when the seller merchant is not accepting our calls and refusing to answer the door. 

I filed a dispute whereby if I send my item back. They would refund me. I have sent an item via courrier but they are not picking up and gave us the wrong address. An empty building.
