Refund from eBay

I've contracted eBay and they got my order number but when I type it in my account I can't FIND my order number on Paypal.

Please help me, $40 purchase made on eBay, 4 months ago.

I hope all is well.

If you are able to login to your PayPal account but doesn't seem to show you the transaction in the Activity page then it is possible that you made your payment as a "Guest". If that was the case, since guest checkout does not come with PayPal purchase protection then you may need to contact your bank/card issuer to discuss some options available.

I always make ebay payments when I'm logged in and I can clearly see the purchase item and date. It's not showing in Paypal Transactions but eBay was able to pull it through with my account.
