Refund from a dispute, how long?

I finally won a dispute with paypal over an ebay item, I received an email last Tuesday saying I had been awarded the full refund but I still haven't received anything, how long should I be looking at waiting for it? I paid via Pay after Payment with my bank account

Refund should go back to your bank account, check there.

Arrival times may vary:  

- Bank payments, 3-5 or 5-7 days, depending on your bank. 

- Cards, about a week, up to 30 days depending on your issuing card. 

- PayPal balance, fairly instant. 

- Split payments between PayPal balance and card/bank, see above.

If you don't see it in your bank account, contact customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
