Refund for goods

I sold a handbag to a person through a second hand site using PayPal as the method of payment. There is nothing wrong with the bag but I think she just didn’t like it when it arrived. She’s now trying to say it’s scratched. It wasn’t when it left me . I’ve told her to send the bag back at her expense (which she is happy to do) How do I make sure that I get the bag back while at the same time providing her with the refund. Does she have to raise a query with PayPal? Also, what do I do if I think she has deliberately damaged my bag (Mulberry)

you should examine the bag before issuing a refund.

if she has open a case and PAYPAL asked her to return the item, then she should ship with tracking, when trcki shows delivered, you refund or Paypal wil refund for you.

if she damaged your bag,not much you can do as Paypal has never seen the bag,no way to tell who is telling the truth
