I bought a phone for my son during lockdown. It has a 12month warranty and cost £448.99. He managed to damage it so returned to the seller and paid an extra £120. The phone was returned but has not been fixed properly. I contacted the seller and he said I should return it again and pay another £120! I said that I shouldn't have to pay more having already paid for a repair. He came back to me and has now said that the phone can't be fixed. I've asked for a refund and he said I can have one but I need to open a dispute. He said that if I'm not prepared to open a dispute, he will refund me directly but deduct £70 for fees! I've tried to open a dispute but I can't seem to be able to do this. HELP!! All I can't is a refund and to be able to buy my son a new phone
