40 days ago I purchased a toy on ebay.com for my little daugther. I paid u$d 150 with paypal. The item was never delivered and the seller has gone away from ebay.com. I opened a case in ebay.com. They promised to give me an answer within 48 hs. I am worried about the possibility they tell me that they cannot do anything. Could paypal help me by refunding me the money I paid with my credit card?. How should I request this action from paypal?.
See what eBay says first. If you can't get a refund, locate the payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute. If this fails, then you can contact your card issuer to dispute the charge.
