So I ordered a brand name item and it wasn't until I got the PayPal receipt that I realized I didn't shop at the official brand name item's e-store. I immediately emailed the merchant/shop requesting a refund. They replied back asking why I wanted a refund and I immediately replied with that I didn't need the item anymore and reiterated that I wanted a refund. Two days of no response pass and I get an email they shipped my order. I know it's a long shot, but would Paypal's policies be able to get me a refund if I started a dispute or no? The merchant's website says that if you want a refund, contact them before they ship it out, which I did and they did nothing to cancel it after clearly seeing my email.
