Hello, I recently purchased items and received something totally different than what I ordered. In order for me to receive my refund, I had to send the items back, which cost me nearly $30. My order was for $94. During the process I was told to mark the package to be returned so I would not be charged for the return, but that did not happen at the post office. How am I able to get my refund for the $30 that I had to return the items if I wouldn't get charged for it?
