My wife processed a payment without my authorization. I told her to cancel it however its paid and completed. We contacted the seller in ebay and he said that the item was not shipped and he processed refund already. I was waiting for almost a week now but the funds is not yet there on my paypal or bank account. My dispute was closed as valid and i dont know why. What should i do?
