So my issue is I tried to make a dispute, and get a refund with a completed transaction, however now I know why the person had told me to put friends and family so he could get away with my hard earned $60 , I know I been fooled , I really need help with this situation especially during covid-19 ! My case has been closed already and don't know what I can do I even have screenshots of me trying to get ahold of the person through email i asked for the item I had purchased on guam using PayPal...obviously no reply .
