I opened a dispute a month ago about a refund because it hasn’t arrived and the seller has no tracking info which they admitted to PayPal. The expected resolution date has increased day by day from the 19th of August to the 7th of September and I’m sick of waiting. Can’t seem to get through via any phone line nor speak to a single person from paypal. Does anyone have a way of talking to someone or actually getting the refund at all
