Hello! One buyer opened a case on Ebay , after the buyer closed the case, he contacted me telling me that he's gonna keep the item,BUT wants some money back! And this is unfair! I refused! Now, the buyer opened a case or CLAIM on Paypal . I accept to give a full refund ,but with the item returned. The buyer returned the item,but DAMAGED! I ve tried to contact the PayPal in thousands ways,but impossible! I can't to send email when I selected the ID case,or transaction no. Now, I can't to prove, how I m gonna resell the item... Shame!!! Paypal should to PROTECT the SELLER as well.
