Refund after unbearable custom fees because of BREXIT


I payed to Bushwear.com for goods 278,89 €
UPS asked me the unbearable amount of 235,20 € for customs fee .
Bushwear promised to refund me if I deny to accept the goods.
UPS told me though Bushwear.com didn't accept the goods back.

Can I ask for a refund by paypal, please?
How should I do it?
