Seller is offering me a refund for an item that was received but not as described. Now they want me to send back the items that were received. Although Seller is offering full refund of the cost of the items, once I upload a package tracking number. Who is going to pay to send this back to china?
I have the same problem and don't feel it is fair that I must pay $30 to return a rip-off clothing item at my cost of $30 AUS and not even have anything to show for it. I don't know how to take this further as PayPal only allows you to enter a tracking number, not query it.
