I disputed an Item I purchased, ordered a battery drill, received a pair of cheap plastic glasses 🙂 $32.68 Purchase, seller refused to give refund, said it was my fault. I escalated, Paypal ruled in my favour and gave me a $3 refund... they said as best I can understand that $3 is what I asked for, which I didn't.
Is there anyway to dispute this? I tried in resolution centre and can't do anything with anything linked to this as it's considered closed. LOL The seller even offered me 60% refund at one point.
I tried to ring but their calling service seems to be designed to run in a circle until you give up and go away.
Any suggestions welcome, it's not the end of the world just SAD that this is possible with something supposedly so good as Paypal. I guess another payment service would be best /shrug.
