Refund Request Pending with Paypal Resolution Center

Hi

 

I have open a case in resolution center. Seller provided his feedback and the case in under review with Paypal for more than 3 weeks! and every time they extend the estimated close date.

 

Is there anything wrong or I can do to speed up this process?
